Whistleblowing Channel
In compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, Telecoming S.A. makes available to its employees, executives, administrators and third parties who have or have had a relationship with it, such as suppliers, contractors, collaborators, interns, external personnel and former employees, an internal whistleblowing channel to facilitate the communication of irregularities that may constitute a regulatory breach in accordance with Article 2 of the law.
Communication channels
The person interested in filing a report may do so through the following channels:
- Email: denuncias@telecoming.com
- Postal mail: Paseo de la Castellana 95, Torre Europa, 16th floor, 28046, Madrid, Spain.
- In-person meeting requested through other channels.
Anonymous communication: You may also do so anonymously by sending a written communication by post without a sender. If this option is chosen, no acknowledgment of receipt will be generated and it will not be possible to receive a response or information about the processing or status of the complaint.
Without prejudice to the internal channels detailed, the interested party may contact the Independent Authority for the Protection of Whistleblowers.
